Hi All

We would like to print Meta Data from the templates fields in Laserfiche.

haw can we do that?

Morning,  You would be able to print metadata from your templates by downloading a report from your search results or from the display pane if you are viewing folder contents. I have quick set of instructions for my users that may help.  See attached.

Do you know if there might be a way to accomplish this automatically, via Workflow?  Or would Toolkit be needed to script something like this?

Marty,  At a high level, I would think you'd be able to do the same search you would do in the repository in workflow, grab all the template values and populate a table in a Word document for your report.

Ah - hadn't even thought of that...having a "Retrieve Field Values" in a For Each loop (and exporting somewhere).  Good point!
