Laserfiche Scan Module with Page OCR Option vs Quickfiled Zone OCR result different

Hi All,

I am scanning the document using Laserfiche Scanning Module with Page OCR option and calling same documents to the quick field using Laserfiche Capture engine.

but what I notice image Scan via Laserfiche Scan OCR is perfect but same document calling to Quickfiled using Laserfiche Scan engine my Zone OCR result is different. 

 

why ? any idea?

What are the OCR settings in each case?

Hello Tessa,

problem solved after we changed the Scanning DPI and it is working fine.
