No, the user has to click on the link to expand.
Can add an option that allows that to always be expanded?
I was hoping to deploy the Web Client for a customer, however it was annoying for me to go in and click on each document to see the business process history. I use the section to communicate to the user, either updating them on the approval process or reporting of any errors they may be receiving.
They are processing 500 docs a day and I do not think it is practical to click on the business process in each doc. I made a last minute decision and decided to deploy the Desktop client for the users instead because it is an easier app to work with Business Processes in the Repository.
