Is there a way to automatically expand history items within Web Client?

See screenshot below. This is located on the "Processes" tab of a document.

No, the user has to click on the link to expand.

Can add an option that allows that to always be expanded? 

I was hoping to deploy the Web Client for a customer, however it was annoying for me to go in and click on each document to see the business process history. I use the section to communicate to the user, either updating them on the approval process or reporting of any errors they may be receiving. 

They are processing 500 docs a day and I do not think it is practical to click on the business process in each doc. I made a last minute decision and decided to deploy the Desktop client for the users instead because it is an easier app to work with Business Processes in the Repository.

Is this something Laserfiche can add as a feature to the Web Client in a future release?

Yes, we can look into this for a future release.
