Cannot Find Entry ID column for display in Laserfiche client

Hello,

I have a user that cannot manage to display the Entry ID in their Laserfiche client. When they right click up in the column headers, Entry ID is not a choice to select for display (see attached .png for screenshot). It is also not a choice after clicking more.. and looking at the column display options there. When I do this on my own client, and the clients of other people, I can always see Entry ID. How does one get Entry ID back? Thanks for any info.

Please make sure the user in question has the "Extended Properties" feature right.
