Autosave with Word integration

We have a user whose Autosave randomly saves changes to Laserfiche while he's working with a document he opens from Laserfiche.  This action does not seem to be related to the Word default interval for autosaving.

 

Is there somewhere to configure or change Save settings for the Laserfiche Word Add-in?

Hi Jessica,

Laserfiche Word Add-in automatically saves the changes to the repository in word when the document is saved locally, no matter the document is saved by pressing Ctrl+s or clicking save button or autosaving. We don't have a settings for it now. What is the "random" behavior for your case?

If you would like to avoid auto save, people can try to check out the document or disable the adding.
