Numerical functions while generating reports

Hi there,

 

Quick question: How can we (or what are the steps to) generate a report that computes for the sum of a particular number field?

 

"You can automatically generate the sum, average, minimum, and/or maximum of the values, and the results will display at the bottom of the relevant column in the report."

Hi Marlon,

You can find these options when generating a metadata report in version 10.2+. Once you have selected columns for your report, any number fields will automatically show up with a function button next to them. Click it, and you'll see expanded options for sum, average, min and max as shown below.

With an option selected, you'll see it at the bottom of the column in your downloaded report.
