Failed to initialize document. Entry not found. [9001]

When attempting to open a document within the Laserfiche Client I receive the following error. 

I tried to look at the access right and it gave me the error [772].  I am unable to copy or export it.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this or what happened to this document?

Hi Vanessa,

Have you tried restarting the 'Laserfiche Server' service? Open the Start Menu, search for 'services', find 'Laserfiche Server' in the list and click the 'Restart' link in the pane on the left.

Hi, can there be a reason for this happening?

i have the same issue and have to keep restarting the services every 3 hours or so.
