Hi, I just want to know if it's possible to have some notifications or warning on Laserfiche Client for a specific folder?
Something like that
What would trigger these notifications?
Idk, maybe a new file in this folder, or a modification, or a user.
I don't know of any way to set an actual "warning/notification" but one thing I've done is create a template with a specific color (Red, Orange, etc.), then assign that template to the folder so it will stand out more in the client.
However, to automate the changes you would need one or more workflows set up to assign and/or remove the template when certain events occur.

I do the same. This works great in Client where it colors the whole folder. It is a bit harder to use in Web Access for 2 reasons; 1) it only puts a colored bar to the right of the folder name and 2) I find that Web Access refresh is not ideal. I usually have to refresh manually in Web Access to get the color to show or not show.
