Adding tooltip to collection title in Forms 10.2

Is it possible to add a tooltip to collection title in Forms 10.2 please? Thanks.

I don't think there's a built-in way to add tooltips to collections/section. You could use JavaScript to add one in when the form loads.

Might be worth a feature request.
