Does Forms Data Sources support database other than SQL Server?

Yes. See the help file.

Hello

I already checked help file it mentiones that we can specify DBMS Type, but this option is always showing "Microsoft SQL Server". Check attached file.

As mentioned in the note in the help file, Oracle Data Access Components 11.2 or higher must be installed on the Forms Server machine. Once you install it, you'll get an option for an Oracle data source.
