Rule for schedule not working in Laserfiche

Hi all,

I have set a conditional schedule for a workflow to run but it is not working. I need to launch the workflow manually so as to test process of the workflow.

Please see the rule for the schedule.

I am experiencing the same issue.  I verified the rule is enabled and verified that it did not run at scheduled times.  Any additional guidance is appreciated.

Workflow uses Windows Task Scheduler to schedule these workflows.

Open task scheduler and select the "Task Scheduler Library' folder and turn on "show hidden tasks".

You should see some an item called something like WF8_SERVERNAME_WF###_R###.

What have you looked at so far to verify it is not actually running?  Have you looked at the Rule Manager to verify it did not accidentally get disabled?  Have you run a search in Workflow Designer on the workflow name and a specific date to see if maybe it run but just didn't actually do what it was supposed to do?
