At the moment, I know we have the ability to go into Instances and view all submissions relating to a form, and download this list of instances (filtered or unfiltered) into .csv or .xlsx format.  

Has anyone figured out a way to download (and possibly Email out) a list of instances on a schedule?  If so, we'd love to hear how you were able to pull it off!
