Customer has a network with a large amount of RTF files that they would like to import into Laserfiche and convert into Laserfiche document. When we import and add to the list to convert the client does not convert into image file.

We are able to import and then right click to generate images. 

With the large amount of files we would like to do multiple imports on a schedule after hours. When using  Quickfields it will not convert the files either, shouldn't quickfields be able to convert these files similar to the Generate pages in the client? If so, I maybe missing a specific setting.
