We are developing our first form in Laserfiche Forms.  Everything has been going smoothly, until we get to the part where users are allowed to upload supporting documents for the form that is being completed. 

We would like the attachments to be appended to the bottom of the form.  That way there is only 1 file.  I have  set the "Document Relationships" to Addendum on the service task to submit to the repository; however, this seems to have no effect.  

Does anyone know how I would get the documents to save as one file?  I know I can set it to link; however, we would prefer one document for simplicity reasons.
