Downgrade Agenda Manager to Agenda Processor

asked on July 27, 2017

Does anyone have any experience with downgrading an existing Agenda Manager system to Agenda Processor?

My understanding is it is the same product with just feature/functions enabled/disabled based on licensing.  With an existing Agenda Manager installation that might already have multiple meeting types, Workflows, notifications and other features not supported in Agenda Processor... what is the migration path?

Would just updating/changing of the license just cause the installation to drop the non supported features? or?

A somewhat unique scenario here - so any thoughts, input would be great!

Thanks, Damon

Hi Damon,

I think you are right that Agenda Manager and Agenda Processor is the same product. If you would like to downgrade to Agenda Processor, I don't think you need to migrate. What you need to do is to replace the license. But keep in mind, you may not access some of your existing meeting types, workflows because of the license limit, though they still exist in your database.

Huazhen,

Attached is a screenshot of the workflow within the customer's configuration.  Currently the customer is licensed for Agenda Manager, however they need to swap their license to Agenda Processor.  There's ambiguity within the help files about the differences between workflow functionality between Agenda Manager and Agenda Processor.  Can you (or someone else) verify whether the attached screenshot of the workflow configuration would be supported under an Agenda Processor license?
