Hey all,

Here are some things which I have not been able to find out despite considerable research.  I have a number of Laserfiche Cloud customers.  1. Is it possible to backup their repositories locally as an automated task?  2. Are their cloud backups in the baseline cloud account model?  3. If I delete a document that I need and then permanently delete the recycle bin, how can I retrieve the document?
