Hi there,

Sometimes, if try to reload the same form twice to submit new data, existing attachments or field data remains from the previous submission.

The version is: 10.2.0.789

I've not found a way to repeat the error, so haven't any steps to reproduce and test.

Has anyone seen this happen or know how to reproduce the issue?
