Hi All, 

We have a client that is set to open documents with the associated application. In this instance, we are seeing a large number of crashes within Excel / Word documents when worked on? They can be working on 1 file or 5 files at a time and a crash occurs. 

We do have the office plugin installed and only the correct version enabled as shown below: 

We have also done a full re-install of the Client recently which included removing the LF registries but it is still occurring. 

Has anyone experienced this before? or can anyone advise on what else we can look into to try to fix this issue? I.T has advised that it could be related to the .dll file being used? 

Any information on this would be great,
