I couldn't find a post that helped resolve my issues with 2 errors I was getting after I upgraded from 9.2 - 10.2, so I figured I would post what I did to resolve the issue incase anyone else has a similar problem.

 

"After updating from 9.2 to 10.2 on our test server our workflows wouldn't run or publish.  We received errors 9019 and 9356.  I had attempted to clear the attributes for the affected accounts, mentioned in a previous thread as a possible fix, as well as deleting and re-adding the windows account to no avail.  Eventually I created a local user in the admin console and gave it the same rights as our admins and changed the connection profile to this new user.  At that point I was able to publish and run all of the workflows/Business processes that I had built before the update."

 

If you had the same issue and were able to resolve it in another way I would appreciate your feedback/comments.
