Forms 10.2.1 Hiding the Submit Button Based On User Input

asked on July 20, 2017 Show version history

Hi all,

I'm implementing Laserfiche Forms 10.2.1 and am developing a form and business process.

The starting form prompts the end user to indicate whether or not they have completed an induction.

If the end user selects "No", I'm displaying some custom html text on screen using a Field Rule (as per the below screen-shot).

I'd like to be able to hide the "Submit" button as well (if "No" is selected), and am just wondering what I'd need to do to achieve this. I'm new to JavaScript, but believe I'd need to use this in order to achieve this.

I'd really appreciated any feedback or examples of how to do this if possible.

Thanks in advance!

Tim

This question should be what you're looking for.

Another way to do it is like the question and hide until the Yes radio button is clicked.
