I'm sorry, for some of you this is going to seem like a no brainer, but... I have never worked with zipped files and the one time I did receive one in the past, our IT guy unzipped it for me.
If I right click on a zipped folder in our shared drives, I see an option for "Extract All", but I don't when I right-click on the folder within Laserfiche. Does that mean I have to take it out of LF, then extract, then take it back into LF? That is my assumption, but I wanted to check with someone more experienced with this.
Are there recommended steps? Are there things I need to know and do in a specific order? If you have any tips for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
