Reassign in Forms

Hi everyone 

I have a quick consultation on forms.

In version 10.2.1, is there a way to take a task block and reassign it to another user?

Individually it is possible but I do not see an option for blocks.

From an individuals Inbox they can select multiple tasks and reassign to a user.

Now, Is there a way that a third party assign the task block? Per eg. a supervisor or administrator.

I have not checked this, but I am pretty sure that if the task is assigned to a team then a team administrator could re-assign the tasks the same way a I mentioned above.
