User disabled

In the LFDS (10.x) we have a client where some users seem to randomly get disabled.  They are syncing to one active directory and its being polled every hour.  It does not seem to be the same people every time and it does not happen all that often.  Does anyone know what would cause a user in the LFDS to simply get disabled at a random time?

I have a client experiencing this issue as well.  Theirs is one Laserfiche Directory user.  Seems to disable it for 5 minutes and then re-enable it on its own.  The error below seems to relate as well.  Was there a resolution found for this by chance?
