Hello,

We essentially copied another form we already had set up and published it. One branch in our procedure works fine, but when we test the other branch it displays "Unexpected Error" but then there's no record in Monitoring to try to troubleshoot further. We've checked every aspect of it and it all looks correct - not sure why it's erroring or how to get more information on the error. Any tips?
