My client is having an issue with "Lock Display" not staying set after logging out. They will open LF and login, then go to VIew>Lock Display and when they log out and log back in, it doesn't stick.

Is this expected behavior? The reason I ask is because I'm able to reproduce the issue on 9.2.1 and 10.2.1. The client themselves has 10.2.1, and said the issue seems to have come up after their upgrade.

The user is on 10.2.1.953, and they can reproduce it for other users as well on 10.2.0.

Hi Ricardo,

I don't believe lock display is intended to persist. Is the user regularly running into issue where they are inadvertently moving their toolbar?

Here is what my client used it for:

"For the locked screen, it used to be that if I had the preview pane on the side it would stay for all view and didn’t matter which folder I was in. The only exception is when you do a search. I would like the view to stay locked at all times unless I unlock it."
