Synchronization of a group of users

Hello,

A new group has been created with 2 users only and is taking over an hour to sync on the forms. Can you please advise?

Hi Kajal,

Have you tried restarting the Forms Routing Service? Follow these steps to do so:

  1. Search for and open "services" in the Start Menu
  2. Scroll down to the item named "Laserfiche Forms Routing Service" and click the "Restart" link in the left column.
