I have all my users setup in the admin console, however, when I try to assign them to a user activity in the forms workflow it says the user is not found. I've given each user all rights and even made them all admins but they still do not appear when I try to add them in forms. Is there another step to get them to appear in forms?

Just to clarify, when you say that you gave them rights in the Admin console do you mean the Repository Admin Console or the Forms Administration page?
The Repository Admin console. When I type the user's name into the admin portion of Forms to add them it says my search didn't match any entry.
Okay, so the next thing to check is the servername\formsconfig page to verify that your settings for User Authentication are correct.
If Forms was syncing correctly with the repository and active directory, then you should see all those users on the Forms Admin page.
A support case was open for this issue. The solution was to assign named user licenses to users as Forms only pulls named users for its user list when configured for authentication through the Laserfiche repository.
