LFScan.exe .NET Runtime Error

Hello all,

I have a user who is consistently having LF Scan crash.  It seems to happen at random actions, sometimes when splitting documents, scanning, storing, etc.  However, the event viewer always lists 2 errors, one a .NET runtime error and a KERNELBASE.dll error.  The user is running client 10.2 with a Fujitsu fi-6670 scanner.  It looks like the computer is running.NET Framework Version: v4.0.30319.  I have tried contacting our vendor but no solution was able to be found and I am not sure if a case was opened.

 

Below are the two detail errors during the crash.  Any information on what may be causing this would help.

Hola Shule te comento, ya puedes cerrar el ticket.

Aplicamos con el cliente el Updated September 15, 2017 to include Laserfiche (KB1013894) de https://support.laserfiche.com/download/3636/laserfiche-avante-10-2-1.

Se realizaron pruebas y al parecer ya no mando el error, sin embargo, se estará monitoreando por si presenta algún problema.

Cualquier cosa informo por este medio.
