The pricing says "per LF server".

Is it for multi core processors or priced per processor?

Pilot has never been based on the cores, so there's no change to it. You can have it enabled on one Lf Server and up to 25 users can access it simultaneously. Cores were only relevant for unlimited user editions of public portal.
