Set Priority Conditions in Forms based on Time selected?

Hi Team, 

 

I would like to utilize the following option within Forms: 

 

Basically, I would like to set a few priority conditions for times selected by Staff (this is a field set within the form): 

As in based on the submitted date and the time selected from the field, if within:

3 hours = Urgent

24 hours = High

3 days = Medium

 

I have tried to set this up but slightly stuck here, so was wondering if anyone has set these up? 

 

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Ziad,

How do you configured the field? Is it a date field with time enabled? And is the calculation for priority already done on form submission or it's just raw datetime value from field?

There is no way to compare field value with submitted date on conditional expression as it's not that powerful in current version. I would suggest calculating target priority on form submission and keeping additional hidden field to save it. You can add another field with current datetime as default value and use formula to compare the two values. Then when customizing task priority, use that field value instead.
