When using connector to search Laserfiche and having it return a result count automatically, it pops up a docked window with those search results. Is it possible to change the columns that are returned in that window as we are having to ensure all relevant data is in the name to make it useful with this configuration.

Hi Beau,
I don't believe it's currently possible to customize that dialog. What information would you like to see in it?
It'd be great if we could pick template metadata relevant to the search.
- In the case of an Employee Records search it could show fields such as Document Type, Document Date, Employee ID, Employee Name, Employment Status (Active/Inactive), ...
- If it were for a Municipal Court it could show Case Type, Document Type, Defendant Name, Adult/Juvenile, Case Status, ...
- For Student Records it could show Document Type, Student Name, Student ID, Date of Birth, Grade, Campus, Enrollment Status (Active, Inactive, Graduated),...
The customers are wanting to be able to have similar customization for their column settings in this view as they have in the client, so that they can more efficiently find the document on the first try.
If Template Fields are not an option, then I would at least recommend allowing us to customize which standard metadata is shown, such as Template, Creation Date, Document Type (tiff, pdf, doc, ...), and Page Count. This allows us to better utilize the real estate, as Path and Entry ID aren't terribly useful to the end user, especially in Transparent Records Management.
Hi Beau, it makes sense. Added to our backlog.
Thanks for the quick response and adding it to the requested features.
It has been 2 years since this request. Is it still on the backlog of items to be added?
Thanks in advance,
Steven
Is this still on the backlog list or is there an option to customize the search result column headers?
