As a user, I would like to request documentation for all of the functions available for use with various fields in Forms.

Thank you for the link--I definitely have and refer to that page in the Admin Guide regularly. However, it does not document all of the available functions in Forms (eg, PROPER(), SPLIT(), etc.)--I'm hoping for something comprehensive.
I refer to this document sometimes:

But it is over 10 years old and contains much more detail than necessary for quickly determining the correct arguments to pass a function.

Thanks for pointing out the issue. I have reported it to the team. We will let you know if there is any update.
Chiming in to say that formulas is one of Form's biggest strengths. The current help documentation is pretty light on detail. Specifically some of the more complicated types such as IF have just a single, basic example that doesn't even use a variable. I feel investing time into the Formula help guide would go a really long way.
