The new Kodak i2620 shows a lot of speckles when a document is scanned using the Laserfiche client. But if the same document is scanned without using Laserfiche to the desktop it looks very clean. The old Kodak i2000 scanner is lot better while scanned using Laserfiche. Any suggestions?

Hi Binu,

Have you tried applying the "Despeckle" image enhancement? See the screenshot below for details.

Yes, I did. It does remove the speckles but  also removes the periods in the text.

Have you tried adjusting the "Noise Level" to see if that improves the results?
