Workflows/RepositoryAccess

Good evening,

We are envisioning a C# application which would perform the following functions.  I am unable to locate any guidance to get started so I am going to ask the community.  Can I achieve some/all of these features using RA?  If so, can you point me in the right direction?  

Grouping - Workflows
i. <Get a list of existing workflows....>
    1. Properties
        a. Workflow lD
        b. Workflow Name
        c. <Other that are relevant>
    2. Methods
        a. Start Workflow
            i. - with ability to pass in field values
            ii. - with ability to specify document to run workflow
                against - Entry lD

None of these are applicable to RA since they're not in the repository. Take a look at the Workflow SDK components and documentation installed with Laserfiche Workflow (specifically at the Laserfiche.StartWorkflow sample).

You cannot pass field values to Workflow on start (they need to be associated with an activity to create the appropriate tokens to use in subsequent activities). However, you can set input parameters.

Thanks for the info.  I will ask my client if they have the Workflow SDK available.

It's not a separate purchase, it's included with Workflow.
