Weblink 9 Public Portal Columns

Good morning,

I recently set up a public portal utilizing Weblink 9. We have an account set to automatically log in when people hit the URL. The issue I'm having is getting the columns I want to be displayed. It didn't seem to work when I logged into the client as the portal user and chose the columns I wanted. Has anyone ran into this before and have a solution or suggestion? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have an update. I was able to find a solution here: http://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/73777/Weblink-9-Columns-for-nonclient-users. The only field that's not coming over that I need to show is the Creation Date. I have that set in the client for my portal user, but it won't display in Weblink. Is there another process I need to follow to have that field be displayed in Weblink?
