Users are submitting forms with the address field filled in correctly. Now on the review steps all the individual line items are reorganized. What is going on?
Is this an issue that you're seeing with every submission? If you create a new approval process in Forms and test with a trivial starting form that only has the address field, can the issue be recreated? It might be best to open a support case for this issue if more complex troubleshooting steps are required.

We created a new simple address field form with a review step and the issue didn't repeat itself. I then decided to make a copy of the existing forms process and test it. The copy did not repeat the issue, so we published the copy as the production version of the form.
Why would an issue like this occur after the upgrade? Is there anything that can be done to protect currently published forms better when going through an upgrade?
Secondarily, now that the previous form isn't published all the address variables have sorted themselves out. Under "monitor" they are appearing as they should have. Why would unpublishing a form fix an issue with variables moving around?
