Will a Master Form with values filled in negatively impact identification performance?  

I'm currently using a Master Form with values and I'm wondering if it's worthwhile to edit the document so the fields show up as white spaces.  Right now I'm getting a 99% match with the test document since it's the exact same and other's I'm getting around a 60% match.  I'm hoping that erasing the values will bring up the average confidence to 70%.
