We are trying to start doing A/P in LaserFiche and we are a little beside ourselves thinking of ways to do everything. Would any of you be willing to share how you did your Folder Structure and Document Names. And does anybody have any instructions on how to set up a template?

Hi Kim,
Take a look at the Solution Exchange. You can filter by the Accounts Payable business process to see examples of how customers use Laserfiche to automate their AP process. Each article has plenty of screenshots, so you should be able to see examples of their folder structures and templates. Here are a few articles to get you started:
