I have a copy of the workflow clean up tool, but can't find the instructions.  When trying to use it, it appears to use integrated windows authentication on the host machine where workflow is installed.  In the environment I need to use it, they use a domain service account to access SQL on a remote server.  Can the utility be configured to accommodate this?  Or can it be configured to use SQL log in?
