PDF Import Compression

Hi,

 

We have a client asking if there is a way to import a PDf and compress the TIFF file that it generates. They use import agent to move documents into Laserfiche. Documents does not get OCR'd. The thing is that a PDF with a size of 227KB, after page generation on properties folder it shows that TIFF files are 1.73 MB. I tried playing with the attributes on my test station 

[Settings]PDFImporterJPEGCompressionLevel set to 10

Any suggestions?

I am getting one of our developers to try and do something in the LF SDK script in a Workflow.

Otherwise, you can change the compression manually through PhotoDocs settings.
