Hi Shiraj,

Thank you for reporting this.

We have reproduced the issue (bug reference TFS#33452). We plan to include a fix in the next Quick Fields hotfix, which is currently in progress.

Hi Shiraj!

A hotfix for bug #33452 is now available for Quick Fields 10.1. See KB 1013873

I am also receiving this error. If I run the QF Scanning on the local server where QF Server is installed I am able to retrieve the sessions and document classes without issue.  If I run QF Scanning on a different server, I am able to connect as much as the "Test" feature works, but it gives an error that it cannot retrieve the session or document classes.

Shiraj's error ("No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it") indicates that the Quick Fields Server service is not started.

I'm getting the same error but QF Server service is running. I have used QF Scanning on the QF Server host machine while another machine QF Scanning gives that message.

That would indicate a communication issue between the 2 machines, like them being in different domains or a firewall being in the wat. It's best you take this through Tech Support for more investigation.
