Has anyone had success getting remote Incode running on a Citrix server to work with Connector?

I have a situation where Incode is running remote from a Citrix server.  I'm not able to get Connector to work with this and I'm wondering if anyone else has been in this situation and if there is a way to get things to function.

Hi Michael, Laserfiche Connector can get values from application running remote from Citrix only with OCR method.
