If I have a URL shortcut in in the hard client, it opens no problem:

However, when I try opening that same link in Web Access, I get this:

(I select either):

I select open... and my screen blinks, and this window duplicates once again giving me the option to open to save. Is it the wrong file type?

Update: It works in Internet Explorer but not Chrome. Thanks!
