Is it possible to use the forms API to create a widget on the forms portal to create a status of a request

Hi David,

What do you mean by "status of a request"? Forms instance status?

It need to be authenticated to access instance/task status, so it's not possible to show status to public user now. But if you would like to build your own website, you could request Forms with configured account from your website, or access database directly.
