In my options, I updated my tool bar in Web Access (great feature!), but it won't show me the option to generate pages or searchable text:

Do you have a folder or record series selected in your toolbar screenshot?
The toolbar is context sensitive, so it will only display commands that can be applied to the currently selected entry. If you select an image or electronic document, you should see the generate text icon appear. If you select a PDF, you'll see generate text and generate pages.
Ah yes. I guess the issue with this now is the option to generate pages doesn't come up for .msg files, which isn't good because now I can't get a preview of it.

I'm having the same problem. I checked that I have a folder and/or a document selected and in either case I do not get the icon to generate searchable text. I went to options and selected the tool to be displayed (along with others just to test) and my changes were not saved. Do I need special access rights?? - Thanks!
