I have a client with a form that has been sending triplicate notification emails to a recipient when it should only send one. They have a public forms portal and this only seems to happen when one particular selection is made on the form. I connected and ran 3 tests, I was unable to reproduce the issue.
The attached image shows the instance monitoring and the same exact form was processed 3 times over. I checked the email service task in the process diagram and it only has one recipient listed. Has anyone seen this kind of behavior before?
