Barcode Scan Errors - Invalid Characters, Randomly Occurring

Hi All

Referring to the attached.  We process invoicing for clients via a Quickfields import job that uses a barcode on the invoice to lookup a billing profile and send the invoice and archive into LF.

We are seeing random barcode read errors - like the below.   This valid barcode scans in Quickfields with a / in the scan value, thus not scanning or reading the barcode correctly.  However in a sampling of 500 bills scanned we had just this one error, all others scanned without any issues.

Screenshot attached of the QF session screen as well.

Barcode is a Code128 barcode and running the test process in QF repeatedly scans the barcode incorrectly.  Scanning the barcode with iPhone on screen, works and returns a valid result.

Valid Scan is:  B00056606

QF Scans as:  B000/6606

Any thoughts on how to address this?

We can't really guess what's going on without looking at the actual images. Please have your reseller open a support case and attach the image that's being read incorrectly.
