Unable to Delete Previous Versions: Greyed Out

Hi All,

A user is unable to delete previous version of a record. She has all the rights to the record and has been the one alterting, saving, etc. but the option to delete is greyed out. 

Any trouble-shooting suggestions?

Hi Robyn, 

 

Does the user have the Delete Document Versions privilege? This privilege is set per user, not per entry, so it wouldn't necessarily be included if the user has all entry access rights allowed on the record.

 

You can check and set the privilege on the user in the Management page (click on the user name drop down in the top left in the Web Client) or from Desktop Admin.
