Laserfiche office integration install fail

I am getting this error with installing the Web Access Extension with Chrome on multiple client computers.

 

I have completely removed Laserfiche Client from the computer and removed the older extension and verified no older registry values remained and a fresh install of this failed in the same way.

Was curious if anyone has been seeing this and has a solution.

Hi Chase,

Please try to reboot your client machine, we met the similar issue when there is a windows update that requires system restart.

Attempted multiple computer restarts with checking if there are any windows updates.  Still the issue persists.

Hi Chase,

Please install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable, which can be found in the support folder of install package.
