How to Save .TIF Changes as New Document

asked on June 20, 2017

If I'm using Laserfiche tools (e.g., redaction, highlight, etc.) and I want to save as a new document, is there a way to do that?

Currently I save a new copy before making these changes; however, some users are asking about the "save as" option as available in MS Office products.

The same option should be available in the Web Client

The desktop client already has a "Save As" option under the file menu. It gives you the option of saving it as a new version, or a new document. You would probably want the "New Document" option based on what you were describing.

Thank you for your response! However, I'm using Web Access and hoping to roll out Web Access to all users rather than the hard client.

You're right! I was just confused that I had to click on the title in the upper left rather than on "file"
